To allow us to offer appointments to other families, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

We may offer a complimentary discovery call or arrange an initial consultation, depending on your needs and enquiry. During this first contact, we will discuss your concerns, answer any questions you may have and help determine the most appropriate service for you or your family.
If we feel another service would be better suited to your needs, we will always discuss this with you and, where possible, suggest appropriate alternatives.
